Payment through our website is processed using PayPal and we can accept most major credit cards including Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover, MasterCard and e-check. We also accept credit card orders by phone. Check or money order payments should be mailed with a printed version of your order, which can be placed online and paid by mail.

Custom Ordering
We can custom order many products not listed on our site. If you are in need of a specific item, contact us to see if we can make that available to you. We can also provide you with special pricing on larger quantity orders. Please use our Custom Quote form to request pricing and availability.
Returns
We accept returns of any unopened laminating supplies and equipment or if something arrives broken. Please use the Returns section of your customer account to start the return process and to receive an RMA. Payment will be credited back to your card upon return of item.
Shipping
We ship next by the method you select during checkout. Most orders ship via UPS Ground and will arrive in 2-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends. See our shipping page for more information on costs and time in transit info.
